ok these are ghastly puns XD but wynaut
ok i’ll stop XD
For anyone who knows even less about Pokemon than I do, there’s a Pokemon called Eevee, that can evolve into several different things depending on the conditions. Those are all nicknamed “eeveelutions”, and they all end in “-eon”.
Ah, not if Nintendo made a PC version and optimized it for ATI GPU’s, or used ATI GPU’s in a console product. Then it’s a business relationship. Not only for the game infrastructure, but also to put the trademarked logos as in-game product placement.
Too bad they missed that with the N64. The N64 architecture (I’ve heard) is that of a Silicon Graphics workstation, stripped to the essential parts.

Well, I guess the naming process isn’t much different with the “real” Pokemon. Some of the names are such dreadful puns ^^
If all else fails, she could get a job at Nintendo. Pokemon namer 😀
Some of them are just generic names spelled backwards. Ekans, Arbok…

Totally missed the chance for a Sylvester Stallone reference. “I name her Sylveon Stallone!”
More like Sylvesteon Stallone.
Tyseon use Ear Bite. It is not effective.
Maybe the next eeveelution would be Radeon. Either the nuclear eevee, or the voxel rendering evolution.
… the copyright issues would be nightmare for lawyers …
… I mean trademark.

I still say that Fighting Eeveelution should be called Champeon
My vote is for mighteon
